Marketing Project Coordinator (Store Sign Strategy)

Columbus, OH – Hybrid (On-site Tues-Thurs)

8-month contract with likelihood of extension and/or conversion

Overview We are looking for someone to own the operational work for one of our largest retail client’s store marketing and support the execution of seasonal signpacks. This person will be a member of the brand experience pod, ensuring that internal brick-and-mortar channels receive accurate marketing to set their business up for success. They report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and partner with several cross-functional teams across the organization, including Promotional Strategists, Visual Merchandising, Marketing Procurement and Creative, and Store Operations and Design. This person will work to be proficient in store formats and signage types for the brands and strive to bring efficiencies and creative problem-solving to aid the signpack production process.

Responsibilities

Own creation of store marketing orders through the In-Store Marketing Software using JIRA briefs made from Stores Marketing Lead.

Strong partnership with fellow brand experience team members, procurement, visual merchandising, store operations, and creative teams to ensure accurate, clear, and concise store marketing orders.

Works with key cross-functional partners to determine store purge lists and overall management of store sign library.

Manage store marketing reference tools that direct seasonal campaign placements, as well as daily promotional strategies across all regions.

Consistently monitor the forums that District Manager’s use to communicate with the Global Home Office to address any marketing issues. These include order and delivery questions, reorder issues, and general questions.

Manage the seasonal floorset test marketing requests using the JIRA software and creation of the final test signpack.

Responsible for auditing all store marketing files before they go to print, ensuring original intent and strategy is brought to life through the creative artwork.

Oversee the language translation process for international stores marketing and partnering with the third-party translations vendor.

Supports store marketing experience and planning strategy- seeing through select stores initiatives from experience sprint to execution.

Build relationships with store ops team to consistently receive feedback from stores on how customers experience our marketing and bring back opportunity to store marketing leads.

Works to understands the various store types, sign sizes, and marketing hardware.

Support the execution of POS screens and store video screens, including relationship with IT/store media partners.

Own New Store Opening processes and execution, including:

NSO signage, large format marketing and marketing clusters

Store communication for marketing clusters

Support Stores Marketing Leads with any ad-hoc store specific requests for elevated locations

Support Stores Marketing Lead in elevated experience execution with creating store reference tools and applicable marketing orders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Attention to detail a must

Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills

Highly attention to detail, organization, and time management

Jira experience is a plus

Experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment is preferred

Global perspective and international experience a plus
