Explain necessary repairs and associated costs clearly and concisely.
Schedule service appointments efficiently.
Prepare accurate service estimates.
Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed Manufacturer standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Qualifications
Prior Service Advisor or Selling Experience required.
Ford Certifications Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers and various software programs.
A genuine passion for customer service.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area.
Demonstrate high integrity and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Be reliable and punctual.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable with keyboarding.
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
