Overview We are hiring a Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail-channel marketing initiatives, digital product merchandising, customer-facing promotions, and in-store support materials for a growing consumer products organization.
This is a highly visible role focused on retail marketing execution, product content management, campaign planning, trade event support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with retail customer marketing teams
Manage online product pages and digital merchandising initiatives
Develop and execute promotional campaigns supporting retail sales goals
Oversee packaging updates and coordinate with external creative/design partners
Maintain online product databases and ensure accuracy
Support updates to in-store signage, photography, planograms, and promotional assets
Manage budgets for direct marketing efforts
Ensure consistency across retail marketing materials and online channels
Support trade shows, customer events, and industry marketing initiatives
Collaborate with sales, operations, and account teams on retail growth efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of retail, channel, or customer marketing experience
Experience managing big-box retail or national account marketing initiatives
Strong digital merchandising and product content management background
Familiarity with packaging, signage, and retail promotional workflows
Budget ownership and trade event support experience
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
