The ideal candidate will be adept at developing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our organizational goals and enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website.
Manage media relations and serve as a liaison between the company and external media outlets.
Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of communications efforts.
Coordinate internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging for employees.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of media relations and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with content management systems and social media tools.
