We’re looking for a
Founding Product Designer
who doesn’t just design—but
builds, ships, and obsesses over product quality end-to-end . This is not a Figma-only role. What you’ll do
Own the
end-to-end product experience
across voice, UI, and workflows Design and ship
AI-native interfaces
where humans and agents interact seamlessly Use tools like
Claude Code
to go from idea → production (not just prototypes) Define product architecture, interaction patterns, and system design Obsess over
speed, clarity, and beauty
in every detail What we’re looking for
Exceptional
UX judgment
— you simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences Strong
visual design taste
— you care deeply about how software feels Experience
shipping real product
(not just mocks or prototypes) Comfortable using AI tools to build (React / web stack + Claude Code) Deep interest in
AI × human interaction design
(agents, copilots, automation) Obsessed with design systems Bonus: Experience with dev tools, internal tools, or workflow-heavy products Experience designing for
AI systems, copilots, or conversational interfaces What this role is
