Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer / Revit Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX or Boulder, CO. This position is focused on technical execution and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expert-level Revit skills and a strong background in producing high-quality construction documentation for high-end projects. The role involves leading projects from Schematic Design (SD) through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD), developing detailed Revit models, plans, and interior elevations, and creating comprehensive drawing sets including millwork and interior architectural details. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure full coordination across disciplines, translate design intent into clear and buildable documentation, support space planning efforts, and maintain a high level of quality control and consistency across all deliverables. A deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines. This role is less focused on FF&E and more centered on technical drafting, detailing, and delivering fully coordinated construction documents for sophisticated, design-driven environments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design

Hospatlity experience prefered (high end)

Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings

This position is heavily focused on technical execution and documentation. The ideal candidate brings a strong drafting and detailing mindset, with the ability to take projects from concept through fully coordinated construction documents.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Revit Proficiency a must in design software, and other industry-standard tools

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Strong experience developing interior elevations and detailed construction drawings

Proven ability to work across SD, DD, and CD phases of high-end projects

Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing

Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

NCIDQ Certification and experience in commercial interior design are preferred
