Location: Cleves, Ohio (With travel required for regional projects)

What You Will Be Doing

Complex Installations:

Direct and execute the precise fabrication, layout, and installation of complex storefronts, curtain wall systems, and high-end glass components.

Architectural Finishing:

Expertly install break metal cladding and perform highly specialized, professional-grade caulking and finishing on commercial sites.

Site Leadership:

Coordinate daily field operations, interface with project stakeholders to resolve on‑site logistical challenges, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.

Mentorship:

Actively mentor junior team members in technical glazing workflows to foster a culture of professional growth and absolute safety.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure profitable, incident‑free project delivery.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in commercial glazing and heavy glass installation.

Technical Mastery:

Proven, hands‑on expertise in fabricating and installing curtain walls, storefront systems, and break metal cladding.

Blueprint Reading (Preferred):

Strong proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and complex glass shop drawings. Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred!

Mindset & Adaptability:

Demonstrated ability to perform professional‑grade work under tight deadlines. Absolute willingness to travel for specific project assignments and work weekend schedules as needed.

Licensure & Education:

A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is strictly required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
