
Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution and growth of our email program across multiple brands. This role focuses on campaign production, lifecycle program support, and operational management of key email platforms, helping the team scale efficiently while delivering high-quality customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
Briefing & execution: Build and deploy marketing, SMS, and email campaigns in Dotdigital across multiple brands (OmegaXL, Antinol Plus, Pretty, and others). Support increased campaign cadence as the program scales. Write creative briefs and support email content development for promotional and lifecycle campaigns Email Platform Operations: Support migration and ongoing management of transactional emails from Magento into Dotdigital. Perform campaign QA and ensure accurate deployment of campaigns and automated flows. Maintain email scheduling and coordinate campaign execution across brands. Program Support: Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, and product teams to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. Coordinate with the creative team and Brand Managers to ensure all assets (copy, images, etc.) are in line with campaign objectives. Customer Engagement Programs: Own execution of review generation and support in rolling out loyalty communications through Yotpo as it impacts the entire business. Support lifecycle messaging tied to customer engagement and retention initiatives. Help align email messaging across brands with customer insights and feedback. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1+ years of experience in email marketing and/or SMS marketing Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Yotpo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Magento DotDigital or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs is a plus. Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance regulations. Abilities to use: Stripo, Klaviyo, WordPress, Google Analytics, DotDigital, Yotpo, Shopify, Magento, Oracle Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Physical/ Work Environment/ Expectations
Operate in a professional office environment. Constantly use work-related equipment. To use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. To sit for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day). To lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand, as necessary. Ability to work regular, full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work additional hours depending on business demands.
