You will get an opportunity to provide high quality services to our Key Enterprise clients and partners and help develop a delivery infrastructure for their rapid growth. This role will be working with several high profile and complex client engagements and help advance Pega's industry‑wide solutions.

What You’ll Do at Pega
Lead work efforts, execute and grow consulting billings across key existing enterprise clients.
Achieve annual quota license by supporting software sales.
Advocate during the sales process for best‑practice delivery approach to be followed on all Pega projects.
Lead the efforts to define, scope, size and propose new Pega application implementations to clients.
Provide field feedback to the product management and engineering teams responsible for Pega applications.
Develop and maintain deep client contacts as assigned.
Achieve and maintain assigned certifications and needed credentials.
Who You Are
Enterprise transformation and change‑program leader experienced in guiding large financial institutions through multi‑year operating model and platform change—focused on product‑centric alignment, not one‑off project delivery.
Value‑led advisor skilled in performance benchmarking, benefits tracking, and value‑realization frameworks, ensuring transformation programs are measured against business outcomes (growth, efficiency, risk reduction), not just implementation milestones.
Strategic solution shaper who partners with C‑suite and senior product, operations, and technology leaders to align enterprise platforms (including Pega) to business capabilities, roadmaps, and target‑state architectures.
Consulting‑first commercial leader who grows services and supports license sales by positioning best‑practice delivery models, influencing scope and sequencing, and ensuring solutions are designed for long‑term adoption and enterprise impact.
What You’ve Accomplished
7+ years of experience selling professional services and software.
Deep experience in the financial and insurance industry and direct experience selling software to C‑level executives.
Experience selling services and software at an enterprise level.
Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services, and products.
Ability to collaborate across different business units to achieve favourable business development outcomes.
Ability to achieve role‑based Pega certifications.
Finance knowledge preferred.
Experience selling services to large organizations, including directly to C‑suite talent.

Additional Information Base salary range for this role is 194,900 – 296,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
