Job Description
Utilize graphic design software and knowledge to analyze, modify and prepare files for screen and digital graphic print production.
Produce film positives, order die cutting tooling, and prepare files for production.
Understand customer requirements as well as production and quality specifications.
Act as an expert resource within the company.
Work effectively as part of a team to produce decorative graphics on‑time, error‑free that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Assist digital printing department with tasks related to digital print production.
Other Experience and Qualifications Skills for this position
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and related graphics software.
Understanding of 4‑color process as well as spot color separation and trapping.
Highly detailed mindset with the ability to understand engineering blueprints and art specifications.
Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
Education Associate degree in Graphic Communications or related field
Experience Required: 2‑5 years in prepress or digital printing production environment
Desired: 5+ years in prepress or digital printing production environment
Quality Systems Understanding of quality systems such as Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, ISO, etc.
