Stride Surgical, LLC is looking for an established sales rep with a history of medical device, biologics, and/or pharmaceutical sales experience who can leverage established industry contacts and relationships. This is a hunter role in medical device sales with the opportunity to enhance your sales expertise with a fast-growing distributor of surgical devices and biologics promoting integrative health solutions to targeted customers with unlimited revenue potential. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous medical device sales industry that has the desire to change his or her life professionally and financially forever, through the uncapped earning potential as an independent sales consultant. This position will provide the right candidate with the ability to leverage existing strong business relationships and establish new relationships with numerous specialties within your assigned territory with substantial uncapped commission opportunities. Ongoing training and marketing support by team members and contracted vendors. Sales Management assists as needed for demos and proposals. Open Territories
Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino, Ventura, Bakersfield, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, and Imperial counties. Job Description / Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with private physicians’ practices and medical group practices through phone and door-to-door prospecting, email marketing, and weekly follow-up calls. Manage assigned territory and make personal contact with prospective physicians or clinical staff for the purpose of introducing and presenting a detailed overview of the Stride Heath. Promote product portfolio to prospective physicians and medical practices. Manage and grow existing portfolio while also adapting and expanding new business opportunities. Exhibit high energy level and initiative while conducting product demonstrations and product positioning to healthcare professionals. Successfully operate independently and self-manage at a high level. Have a desire to learn and seek guidance from assigned teammates. Make numerous outbound calls per day, schedule meetings, and work sales funnels. If you are not in a position to take on a 1099 position and do not have the following experience, please do not apply. This position will be a great fit for an existing independent rep who wants to add a complimentary line of products to an existing product portfolio or for a previous or current W2 employee with existing relationships in themedical device, pharmaceutical or biologicindustry who wants more earning potential and a better commission rate as an independent sales consultant. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either medical device, pharmaceutical or biologic sales Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements) the right attitude and personality are important to our company Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment A highly professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sale driven environment while exhibiting the desire to achieve personal and company goals Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization to impact results with a direct reporting structure Demonstrated track record of overcoming personal hardship and rejection Computer, tablet, or smartphone to access the internet Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task Excellent sales and presentation skills A desire to achieve financial goals and personal greatness Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record and proof of insurance Preferred Qualifications
