R2026-21260As the Real Estate Intern, you will be responsible for working closely with the Real Estate team to assist in project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and vendor communication. You will gain hands-on exposure to active industrial and logistics development projects, including new terminals, facility expansions, and capital improvement initiatives.Assist in managing construction projects from planning through closeout. Support tracking of project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and consultants. Participate in site visits and document field observations. Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools. Conduct research and analysis on costs, materials, and site feasibility. Support capital planning and portfolio-level reporting initiatives.For this role, you must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
