The Superintendent reports to the Project Manager and will manage all aspects associated with field construction.
Responsibilities
Follow and build by using Gantt chart schedule
Provide accurate information for updates
Complete daily job site reports
Schedule subcontractors and materials; allow sufficient lead times for subs and material to be on site at correct times
Follow specifications and manage trades to produce a high level of quality work and client satisfaction with minimal punch list
Maintain safe work site, establish good job site housekeeping, keep the jobsite clean, and observe OSHA, State, County, and Community regulations
Review shop drawings for accuracy
Proactively solve problems

Requirements
5 years experience in a similar role
Proficient computer skills and Procore certification/experience
Ability to read and understand plans from civil drawings to interior design drawings
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact with high‑end clients, project managers, field operations, architects, engineers, and interior designers
Ability to prioritize tasks for optimal productivity and meet deadlines and goals
Must complete a background check, have a clean driving record, and participate in our drug‑free workplace program
