Job Summary: The Sales and Business Development Leader will drive purchases of ECMD products through Lowe's by fostering relationships with Lowe's Pro Services in-store and outside sales teams as well as local builders, remodelers, contractors, and property managers. The primary responsibility will be to increase sales, promote ECMD products & services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals for Lowe's stores within the designated territory.
Cultivate strong relationships with Lowe's Pro Services in-store and outside sales teams as well as local builders, remodelers, contractors, and property managers.
Increase sales of ECMD products with current Lowe's Pro Customers and identify new Pro Customer prospects.
Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and product knowledge sessions to Lowe's Pro Services team.
Assist Lowe's Pro Services in-store and outside teams by creating project takeoffs and job site.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales within the building materials industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Expertise working with DIY Home Centers (Lowe's) is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including builders, contractors, and retail partners.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Problem solver, able to quickly solve issues, and offer improvement ideas.
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
Regular and punctual attendance and ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crouch, kneel, and push and pull.
Requires ordinary conversation, hearing, and visual acuity.
