As the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Program Strategy, Structure & Partnerships, you will be responsible for supporting and actualizing the vision and roadmap for the growth of Sonesta Travel Pass, our award-winning loyalty program, as well as our partnership strategy and its execution. You will be responsible for developing compelling business cases and executive-facing materials to help identify and sell-in key opportunities to expand and support the Travel Pass program. This position is 3 days in office (Newton, MA) two days remote. Job Description
Partner with Loyalty leadership to set the course for the overall Sonesta Travel Pass program strategy. Lead key member benefit enhancement projects e.g. cash & points; food & beverage earn and redeem; status gifting, etc. Help manage framework for measurement of benefit/product usage, optimization and future enhancement. Contribute strategic input on how to govern the program's financials via redemption and reimbursement policy, hotel tiers, Terms & Conditions, and program guides for the hotels. Partnerships co-develop and activate new loyalty program partnerships; enhance existing partnerships; and maintain strong relationships with partner POCs. Manage gift card platform/partnership and other redemption/points purchase platforms. Act as the strategic liaison between STP program and other internal stakeholders and partner disciplines. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of progressive experience required. Travel, Hospitality, or Loyalty experience preferred. Strong strategic thinking, marketing, and analytic skills; critical thinker with sound business judgment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with partners, story tell, present ideas clearly and persuasively to influence stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A penchant for diving results and measuring impact. Collaborative ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, internal and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, Word and Excel. Additional Job Information
Pay Range: $100k to $115k. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience. Benefits
