ONE high-performing Service Advisor

to lead our front counter.

What You’ll Be Responsible For You will help lead the customer experience and performance of the shop by:

Greeting customers and setting the tone for a professional experience

Answering calls and converting them into scheduled opportunities

Performing proper fact-finding and building trust with customers

Presenting digital inspection results clearly and confidently

Turning recommended work into approved work through honest communication

Managing workflow between customers, technicians, and management

Writing accurate estimates and following up on pending work

Keeping customers informed so nothing falls through the cracks

Helping maintain a smooth, organized, and profitable daily operation

Sales + Customer Experience + Operational Control How You’ll Be Measured (and Paid Like It) This is a

performance-based role , and top performers will earn accordingly.

You will be measured on:

Revenue contribution

Average Repair Order (ARO)

Estimate approval / close rate

Phone-to-appointment conversion

Organization, communication, and follow-up

Confident, professional, and composed under pressure

Strong on the phone and in person

Organized and detail-oriented

Skilled at building trust quickly

Able to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians

Comfortable presenting and closing needed work

without pressure tactics

Driven by performance, accountability, and doing things right

Preferred Experience

Automotive service advisor experience

Auto repair shop experience

Front counter / service writing experience

Digital inspection / estimate presentation

CRM or shop management software

This Role Is NOT For Someone Who

avoids sales or uncomfortable conversations

struggles with follow-up or organization

gets overwhelmed when it gets busy

creates drama or blames others

wants to clock in and coast
