About this Role The Senior Analyst position in Impact Investing at Liberty Mutual Investments offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to making meaningful social impacts through investment. The role is focused on three key areas: boosting social mobility, expanding access to essential services, and enhancing resiliency and revitalization, with an allocation of $1 billion in capital to support these objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills and offers the chance to work on private investments, including direct investments and co-investments. Responsibilities

Support comprehensive diligence and develop recommendations on co-investment opportunities by analyzing companies and sectors.

Conduct diligence and develop recommendations on fund investment opportunities, evaluating prior performance and examining underlying portfolio investments.

Screen new opportunities effectively, identifying and communicating key investment highlights and risks.

Assist with impact evaluation and measurement, making thoughtful recommendations to maximize investment impacts.

Manage and monitor current portfolio investments and prepare progress reports.

Assist in the overall management of the investment portfolio.

Requirements

Strong academic record from a competitive institution.

2-4 years of relevant work experience in areas such as Investment Banking or Private Equity.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and articulate investment considerations and risks.

Strong interpersonal and team skills, comfortable in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate investment recommendations concisely.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables with high quality and accuracy.

Passion for and understanding of investing and the private equity industry.
