Marketing Operations Manager
The Marketing Operations Manager acts as the primary architect of our growth infrastructure. By mastering the HubSpot ecosystem, you will design, automate, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. Your mission is to transform complex data into seamless user experiences and actionable insights, ensuring our marketing funnel is a high-performing engine that drives scalable enrollment and measurable ROI. Duties and Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership & Marketing Infrastructure Own the day-to-day management and optimization of our HubSpot Marketing Hub Build and maintain lists, segmentation logic, and data structures to support targeted campaigns and lifecycle marketing Create and optimize automated workflows triggered by user behavior to generate emails, tasks, event registrations, reminders, and internal notifications Partner with Enrollment and Business Development teams to ensure lifecycle stages, handoffs, and automation align with the full funnel Email Marketing & Lifecycle Programs Build, test, and deploy marketing emails within HubSpot Develop nurture programs and behavior-based campaigns to improve engagement and conversion Implement personalization and smart content strategies to deliver more relevant user experiences Website & Conversion Optimization (HubSpot CMS) Manage and optimize website content within the HubSpot CMS Conduct regular audits to ensure performance, accuracy, SEO alignment, and conversion optimization Build and maintain landing pages using dynamic content, smart rules, and progressive profiling Execute A/B tests across pages, CTAs, and forms to continuously improve conversion rates Funnel Development & Lead Management Play a key role in architecting and optimizing our marketing funnel in HubSpot Contribute to lead scoring models and lifecycle definitions Ensure data integrity and consistent tracking across all touchpoints Identify drop-off points and implement solutions to improve progression and enrollment outcomes Campaign & Growth Enablement Own the operational execution of marketing events such as webinars, including registration flows, automation, follow-up, and reporting Support digital marketing efforts by ensuring proper tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation for paid campaigns Partner on SEO/AEO initiatives by implementing technical, structural, and content-driven optimizations Reporting, Analytics & Data Transparency Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into performance, pipeline, and ROI Establish and improve marketing data governance and tracking standards Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategy and execution Help create a culture of transparency and accountability through accessible and accurate reporting Cross-Functional Enablement Serve as the primary marketing liaison for systems, integrations, and data flow Support tool evaluation, implementation, and process documentation Train and empower team members to effectively use HubSpot and related tools Other duties as assigned Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar systems-driven marketing role Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred; however, candidates with advanced experience in comparable marketing automation and CRM ecosystems and a demonstrated ability to translate that expertise into HubSpot will be considered. Deep hands-on experience (Marketing Hub and CMS), including: Workflows and automation List segmentation Email builds Landing pages Reporting and dashboards Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management Experience implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance reporting Experience supporting paid media, SEO, and webinar/event infrastructure from an operations standpoint High level of comfort working in a data-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, med-tech, education, or other highly regulated / high-consideration industries Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and modern search strategies Experience with CRM integrations and data architecture Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization Experience working closely with Admissions, Sales, or Revenue teams Physical requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
