Your Tasks
Reviewing & commenting on various contractual bases of national and international contracts Participation in the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts Analyze the contract to raise awareness of notification requirements and to allow the responsible team members to efficiently coordinate interfaces Supporting the project management in notifying, assessing, asserting/defending, negotiating and monitoring identified claims e.g. assist by preparing notifications and claim letters Setting up and creating royalty (standard) agreements and legal contracts between the licensor and the licensee (Sales & Project Purchase Department) Provide trainings for our employees Your Skills
Passion for woodworking industry and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… Law degree / Bachelor of Laws / Master of Laws You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function Confident handling MS Office products Preparing legal facts in a way that is understandable for non-lawyers Assist in regard to managing of the contractual relationship between the contract parties and in resolving contractual issues in a proactive manner before and/or when they occur Strong expertise in international contract law and handle international contract negotiations Your knowledge of English and German is business fluent. You are experienced to assist sales and project management and other departments Good analytical skills, setting up standardized contracts and legal frameworks for partnerships and collaborations
