**Position Overview**
The Director - Transfer Pricing will report to the Senior Director - Global Tax Planning & Strategy and will be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best-in-class. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead Autodesk's global transfer pricing function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing, including strategy, planning, valuations, audit defense and global compliance.
A successful candidate will set the long-term strategy for transfer pricing, guide cross border structuring initiatives, manage global risk and lead a team that executes on both strategic and operational aspects of the transfer pricing function. The Transfer Pricing Director will work closely with senior leaders across, Tax, Finance, Legal and the business to ensure transfer pricing frameworks support business objectives. The Transfer Pricing Director will also drive a culture of accountability and excitement within the team and will be responsible for fostering a creative, innovative team environment in which Autodesk's worldwide tax compliance and planning are completed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and develop a global transfer pricing team, providing mentorship, technical guidance and career development
+ Establish operational excellence, governance standards and scalable processes for all transfer pricing activities
+ Partner with leaders in Finance, Legal and the business to develop a deep understanding of Autodesk's business to serve as a trusted advisor on all transfer pricing matters
+ Own the company's global transfer pricing strategy and ensure it aligns with our functional and IP operating model
+ Develop and lead global transfer pricing strategy and strategic projects such as business supply chain planning, business restructurings, IP integration, etc.
+ Identify new transfer pricing legislation across the globe and understand the potential impact to the Company
+ Anticipate future tax/TP challenges related to global expansion and business transformation
+ Develop transfer pricing controversy strategy and provide audit support for transfer pricing issues including analyzing local financials, identify/anticipate areas of weakness based on functional/risk analysis, and assist with preparation of audit-ready files
+ Support M&A, including preparing IP and legal entity valuations and preparing/reviewing intercompany agreements
+ Drive the design, implementation and maintenance of global intercompany policies
+ Drive the legal entity forecasting process working with regional and corporate finance teams
+ Review intercompany agreements, ensuring that they reflect accurate functional and economic substance
+ Oversee global transfer pricing compliance, including local files, master file, benchmarking studies and CbCR support
+ Ensure transfer pricing documentation accurately reflects planning initiatives, intercompany agreements and business substance
+ Develop internal controls for global intercompany transactions and operational transfer pricing processes
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 12+ years of transfer pricing experience, with significant experience in planning, structuring and audit defense
+ Advanced degree (Masters in Tax/Economics/Finance, JD/LLM); CPA or equivalent a plus
+ Experience leading transfer pricing in a multinational tech company
+ Experience integration TP strategy into broader tax and business strategy
+ Deep knowledge of corporate tax including international tax research, compliance and consulting
+ Ability to perform financial / economic analyses and build financial valuation models
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting of intercompany agreements, audit responses and technical memos
+ Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and external advisors
+ Ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details

Le Directeur - Prix de transfert relvera du Directeur principal - Planification et stratgie fiscales mondiales et fera partie d'une quipe financire internationale qui vise l'excellence. Nous recherchons une personne hautement motive et exprimente pour diriger la fonction mondiale de prix de transfert d'Autodesk. Il s'agit d'un poste de direction de haut niveau charg de superviser tous les aspects des prix de transfert, notamment la stratgie, la planification, les valuations, la dfense en cas d'audit et la conformit mondiale.
Le candidat retenu dfinira la stratgie long terme en matire de prix de transfert, orientera les initiatives de structuration transfrontalire, grera les risques mondiaux et dirigera une quipe charge de mettre en uvre les aspects tant stratgiques qu'oprationnels de la fonction de prix de transfert. Le directeur des prix de transfert travaillera en troite collaboration avec les hauts responsables des services fiscaux, financiers, juridiques et oprationnels afin de s'assurer que les cadres de prix de transfert soutiennent les objectifs commerciaux. Le directeur de la fiscalit interne devra galement promouvoir une culture de responsabilit et d'enthousiasme au sein de l'quipe et sera charg de favoriser un environnement de travail cratif et innovant dans lequel la conformit fiscale et la planification fiscale mondiales d'Autodesk sont menes bien.
**Responsabilits**
+ Diriger et dvelopper une quipe mondiale charge de la fiscalit interne, en assurant le mentorat, l'accompagnement technique et le dveloppement de carrire
+ Mettre en place l'excellence oprationnelle, des normes de gouvernance et des processus volutifs pour toutes les activits de fiscalit interne
+ Collaborer avec les responsables des services financiers, juridiques et oprationnels afin d'acqurir une comprhension approfondie des activits d'Autodesk et de jouer le rle de conseiller de confiance pour toutes les questions relatives aux prix de transfert
+ Assumer la responsabilit de la stratgie mondiale de l'entreprise en matire de prix de transfert et veiller ce qu'elle s'aligne sur notre modle oprationnel fonctionnel et de proprit intellectuelle
+ laborer et diriger la stratgie mondiale de prix de transfert ainsi que des projets stratgiques tels que la planification de la chane d'approvisionnement, les restructurations d'activit, l'intgration de la proprit intellectuelle, etc.
+ Identifier les nouvelles lgislations en matire de prix de transfert travers le monde et en comprendre l'impact potentiel sur l'entreprise
+ Anticiper les futurs dfis fiscaux/de prix de transfert lis l'expansion mondiale et la transformation de l'entreprise
+ laborer une stratgie de gestion des litiges en matire de prix de transfert et apporter un soutien en matire d'audit pour les questions de prix de transfert, notamment en analysant les tats financiers locaux, en identifiant/anticipant les points faibles sur la base d'analyses fonctionnelles/de risques, et en aidant la prparation de dossiers prts pour l'audit
+ Soutenir les oprations de fusion-acquisition, notamment en prparant les valuations de la proprit intellectuelle et des entits juridiques, ainsi qu'en prparant/rvisant les accords inter-socits
+ Piloter la conception, la mise en uvre et la maintenance des politiques inter-socits mondiales
+ Piloter le processus de prvision des entits juridiques en collaboration avec les quipes financires rgionales et du sige
+ Examiner les accords inter-socits, en s'assurant qu'ils refltent fidlement la substance fonctionnelle et conomique
+ Superviser la conformit mondiale en matire de prix de transfert, y compris les dossiers locaux, le dossier matre, les tudes comparatives et le soutien au CbCR

**Qualifications Minimales**
+ Plus de 12 ans d'exprience en matire de prix de transfert, avec une exprience significative dans la planification, la structuration et la dfense en cas d'audit

**Salary transparency**
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $144,000 and $258,940. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
