We are currently seeking an experienced Lien Negotiator to join our dynamic team. We are proud of our commitment to and vision of providing clients with the highest level of service. Responsibilities: • Answers all phone calls promptly, professionally, and using a friendly greeting • Negotiates/reduces liens with providers and third-party payers at the resolution of the injured party’s claim • Prepares client disbursement agreements • Compiles and tabulates all associated client costs, medical bills, and fees • Verifies existence of all outstanding liens and costs • Prepares disbursement sheet showing breakdown of attorney’s fees and costs, and client’s medical bills and total recovery • Requests checks for payment of all Liens and Client’s portion • Handles client inquiries about case status • Documents all client contact, provider, and third party payer contact within Litify • Maintains utmost professional standards towards the Firm and its clients Qualifications and Skills: • Experience in lien negotiation/reductions • Organized • Strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills • Basic math skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately • Solid knowledge of medical bills • Must be able to effectively multitask • General computer skills with working knowledge of Firm’s software, including Microsoft Office and Litify • Professional demeanor and appearance Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, along with a positive and collaborative work environment. -Competitive salary. -Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision - 401K with employer match -PTO: 6 Personal Time-Off; 6 Sick Days. -Paid holidays -Free parking
