Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company dedicated to producing premium-quality beverages Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, Stateside Sodas, Super Lyte Sports Drinks, and Stateside Vodka. The Experiential Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Stateside Brands' national consumer- and trade-facing experiential programs. This role serves as the end-to-end owner of live brand experiences from concept ideation and agency onboarding through execution, measurement, and optimization. This individual will act as an executive producer for our experiential ecosystem, ensuring every activation is on-brand, scalable, operationally sound, and designed to drive meaningful consumer engagement and business impact. In addition to executional excellence, this role will play a critical part in building the processes, procedures, and toolkits needed to scale Stateside's experiential platform across markets, seasons, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Own the strategic vision for national experiential programs across consumer and trade-facing events, including festivals, partnerships, retail activations, sponsorships, and brand-led experiences. Translate brand strategy and business objectives into compelling, on-brand live experiences that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty. Serve as the experiential subject-matter expert, setting standards and best practices for live activations across the organization. Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple events at once, including ideation, briefing, budgeting, and agency onboarding through on-site execution and post-event recaps. Manage agencies, production partners, and vendors by providing clear briefs, KPIs, and expectations to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution. Design and implement activation frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits that allow Surfside experiences to be replicated, localized, or scaled efficiently across markets. Develop memorable, content-worthy activations that forge emotional consumer connections and drive organic social sharing. Establish standardized processes for activation planning, approvals, execution, and reporting. Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Partnerships, Legal/Compliance, and Finance to ensure experiential programs are aligned with broader business goals and act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless execution. Partner with Brand & Design teams for the look and feel of all experiential footprints to seamlessly convey all brand guidelines and current messaging. Provide brand messaging and training to ambassadors that work the experiential events. Own experiential measurement by defining KPIs, analyzing results, and capturing consumer insights to continuously improve activation strategy and execution. Required Qualifications
5+years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or consumer engagement roles. Proven experience managing agencies and external partners from briefing through execution. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-market activations and budgets. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required for live events. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, lifestyle, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred. Experience with professional sports, music, festivals, or large-scale live events. Familiarity with permits, compliance, and regulations related to live events. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting experiential ROI. Compensation
Estimated Base Salary Range: $80,000-110,000 USD. Estimated Bonus Target: 20% Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications. The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
