Primary Responsibilities: Partner with the Finance Director to develop, refine, and execute the full campaign finance plan including major donor, grassroots, event, and call time programs. Oversee day-to-day fundraising operations, including call time tracking, donor meeting documentation, pledge follow-up, finance committee coordination, and event support. Manage and ensure compliance across all finance systems: maintaining contributor databases, producing required reports, reconciling fundraising data, coordinating with compliance/legal advisors. Maintain and refine internal systems (spreadsheets, CRM/database tools, dashboards) to maximize efficiency and ensure real-time visibility into fundraising activity. Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state and local campaign finance laws and internal compliance protocols; coordinate with the compliance officer to ensure timely filings, documentation and audit readiness. Qualifications: Must have served as a Finance Director on at least one campaign ** or ** have at least two full campaign cycles in senior finance staff roles. Demonstrated operational experience across multiple campaign finance functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and strong working knowledge of major campaign finance software/CRMs (e.g., NGP, Numero, CallTime AI, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable organization and attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced campaign environment. Nevada residency or willingness to relocate/travel within Nevada is strongly preferred. Timeline and Compensation: This is a full-time, paid position beginning January 2026 and running through the end of November 2026. Salary is $7,500-$8,000 a month commensurate with experience, plus a health insurance stipend.
