Deployment Strategist

Design, test, and refine repeatable deployment patterns and playbooks that reduce friction and accelerate customer ROI.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer and partner executives (25-50% travel), helping prioritize initiatives based on impact, constraints, and opportunity cost.
Define success KPIs and frameworks that measure and drive value delivery, adoption, and expansion.
Collaborate daily with FDEs, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to translate deployment learnings into scalable systems and requirements.
Create field-grounded reference materials (playbooks, use cases, customer stories, blogs, white papers) using AI tools for rapid drafting, then refine with expert judgment.
Work AI-natively every day: use AI to synthesize insights, generate artifacts, and accelerate iteration while ensuring accuracy and real-world grounding.
Requirements
7+ years in systems architecture, technical delivery, customer success, deployment leadership, or consulting for complex deployments. Strong ability to quantify ROI, prioritize under constraints, and advise executives. Technical depth in infrastructure, security, networking, data systems, and applied AI. Experience building scalable playbooks, KPIs, and field enablement materials. AI-native working style with proficiency using AI tools to accelerate delivery and content creation.
