About the Role We are seeking a
Data Analyst with strong Channel Operations experience
to support a high-impact project team. This role focuses on
data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement
across internal systems and third-party partners.
If you have experience working with
large datasets, SQL, Excel, and billing/accounting data , this is a great opportunity to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Skills (Must-Have)
SQL (queries, data extraction, analysis)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets)
Experience working with
third-party platforms / external partners
Handling and analyzing
large datasets (big data)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Do
Monitor and validate data across
third-party platforms , ensuring accuracy and consistency
Identify, troubleshoot, and
escalate data discrepancies
Reconcile data between internal systems and external partners
Work with
Sales, Analytics, and project teams
to support channel operations
Analyze large datasets to identify
trends, gaps, and process improvements
Support
billing and operational issue resolution
Required Experience
5+ years as a
Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Channel Operations Analyst
Hands-on experience with
data reconciliation and validation
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
Experience with
Salesforce or CRM systems
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
Experience in
channel/distribution environments
U.S.-based candidates only (Onshore role)
EST working hours preferred
