The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:
Minimum bachelor's degree in a Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience specifically in sales, marketing, digital marketing, sales operations, or similar role OR equivalent time in a position dedicated to continuous improvement.
Minimum 10+ years of work experience is required.
Demonstrated use of Danaher Business System Fundamental and Commercial Tool. Certified Practitioner status in one or more tools preferred.
Demonstrated experience partnering with Commercial or Marketing senior leaders and leading through influence at all levels of a global organization.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel 35 % travel, overnight and including international.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbs in support of trainings and workshops.
It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In:
Strong process orientation, problem solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.
Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with a sense of urgency.
Experienced influencer capable of managing / leading teams at all levels of an organization, including executive level, without direct authority.

The annual salary range for this role is $170,000 - $195,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
