Oversee and manage the performance of a diverse property portfolio. Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties meet financial and operational goals. Analyze market trends and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present detailed asset performance reports to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the property portfolio.
