This role will focus on integrating model data (Cameo/TWC and DTR tools) into Aras PLM, ensuring traceability, data integrity, and alignment across engineering systems. The ideal candidate excels at bridging model-based engineering and enterprise PLM systems, thrives in complex integration environments, and is passionate about enabling digital engineering at scale. Responsibilities Include: Digital Thread & Integration Support the integration of DTR tool outputs from the model environment into Aras PLM. Design, develop, test, and maintain interfaces between Cameo / Teamwork Cloud (TWC), DTR tools, integration middleware, and Aras. Develop and implement data exchange connections between PLM, MBSE, and ITRA management tools. Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing integration requirements across tools and environments. Data Mapping & Transformation

Define and implement data mappings, transformation rules, and validation logic for model data exchanged with PLM. Develop data exchange translation schemas between PLM, MBSE, and DTR/ITRA tools. Define SysML ↔ PLM data mappings and document end-to-end digital thread data flows. Align requirements representation between systems and support BOM ↔ model alignment efforts (e.g., PDR readiness).

PLM Configuration & Support

Configure and support Aras objects, forms, workflows, lifecycles, and relationships for DTR-related data. Ensure model-derived data is integrated while preserving traceability, consistency, and configuration control. Support integration of Aras-managed data with downstream systems, dashboards, and reporting environments.
