Staff Marketing Manager Of Personalization Operations

Join the Consumer Group's world-class marketing team as a Staff Marketing Manager of Personalization Operations. TurboTax serves over 48M consumers, and as we scale our "Getting Taxes Done for Everyone" vision, we require a high-level technical expert to anchor our personalization engine. This is a vital technical leadership role for a subject matter expert with deep, hands-on experience architecting, launching, and debugging complex web-based experiments with personalization. You will manage the technical integrity and execution strategy of our experimentation platform. You will serve as the primary bridge between high-level Marketing Strategy and technical configuration of experiences, ensuring our horizontal personalization campaigns are scalable, performant, and data-accurate. Responsibilities

7+ years of experience in omnichannel personalization implementation with a heavy focus on Personalization Platforms and Customer Data Platforms. Expert-level mastery of experimentation engines such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO, including server-side integration and custom JavaScript injection. Advanced Technical Stack: Proficiency in Regex, AI Coding, and JavaScript for front-end manipulation, alongside experience with headless CMS architectures (Adobe Experience Manager). Data Architecture: Deep understanding of how customer attributes flow from CDPs to the browser. Advanced Debugging: Proven ability to perform deep-dive browser-based application testing, network trace analysis, and cross-device troubleshooting. Systems Thinking: Ability to design 'horizontal' schemas that allow personalization to work seamlessly across web and mobile application properties. Agile Leadership: Expert in Jira/Confluence workflows, specifically in translating marketing requirements into technical user stories. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field. Qualifications

Technical Implementation Lead: Act as the primary technical lead for the execution of go-to-market personalization logic across the TurboTax domain, utilizing Intuit's internal experimentation and content platforms. Architecture & Governance: Define the technical standards for how personalization experiences are built for clean data reads, without overlap, are performant, and do not compromise SEO. Cross-Functional Engineering Bridge: Partner directly with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to align on requirements and ensure the plumbing exists to support advanced segmentation. Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical roadblocks, including data-mismatches, script conflicts, and functional bugs within the experimentation layer. Operational Excellence: Identify and automate manual bottlenecks in the campaign launch process; develop reusable code snippets and components for the broader marketing team. Requirements Vetting: Audit and stress-test requirements from Marketing Strategy and Product Managers to identify technical constraints, security risks, or sizing inaccuracies before development begins. Quality & Compliance: Conduct technical QA validation, both automated and manual, to ensure all personalized experiences meet strict accessibility (WCAG), performance, and legal compliance standards.
