A Day in the Life: As a National Account Execution Manager - Wholesale & Vending, you will drive sales performance by interfacing with key stakeholders within assigned Wholesale & Vending Call Points to develop, implement, execute strategies and programs to enhance Monster Energy's sales and market share within the designated customer base. The Impact You'll Make: Develop, communicate, and track Call Point performance: Create and implement performance metrics and tracking systems to monitor Call Point performance. Communicate performance insights to relevant stakeholders to drive incremental sales and market share growth timely and effectively Connect with Business Unit Foodservice On-Premise (BU FSOP) teams: Collaborate with Business Unit Foodservice On-Premise (BU FSOP) teams to implement effective selling strategies for the assigned sales territory, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Regular cadence of business reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with targeted Call Points to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop action plans. Maintain a consistent schedule for these reviews to ensure ongoing communication and collaboration Partner with Commercialization teams: Work closely with the Commercialization teams to ensure proper communication of priorities across targeted accounts. Facilitate alignment of commercialization strategies with sales and marketing initiatives Strong connectivity within the Business Units (BU's) and Bottlers key stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders within the Business Unit and Bottlers to foster collaboration and drive execution, distribution, and sales volume. Enhance communication channels to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information Coach and train Bottler Teams: Provide coaching and training to Bottler Teams to ensure effective channel and customer-level execution of sales strategies. Share best practices and successful approaches to replicate success across different accounts and regions Relationship Building with Wholesale & Vending call points: Rapidly develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Wholesale & Vending call points, adapting to a dynamic account base that may vary and be subject to change; communicating strategies for the execution of both short-term and long-term programming to key stakeholders, ensuring swift and efficient implementation. Effective and timely communication of program activation in assigned accounts to key stakeholders to ensure distribution partners are fully aware of and aligned with all Wholesale & Vending activities. Require a proactive approach to relationship-building, leveraging industry knowledge and business acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to include sku and cold equipment expansion. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field of study Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in beverage as a retail broker and distributor Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in sales environment Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PowerBI reporting desired. Experience with Nielsen/IRI Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong proficiency in written and oral communication. Must be able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals. Flexibility to travel as needed, generally 70% of time traveling. Able to work independently while being a team player. Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses. Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $69,000 - $92,000.
