Senior Brand Manager

Sandisk is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead early-stage product exploration, turning emerging customer insights and trends into new product opportunities. They will partner with design and product teams to shape concepts, craft value propositions, and run rapid experiments that test desirability and brand fit. This role will develop strategic product narratives, assessing global consumer fit, and guiding new ideas toward scalable product paths across global markets. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong executional skills, and a passion for consumer behavior and brand storytelling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Portfolio and Product Develop and execute strategies for new consumer product ideas that align with company goals and market dynamics. Define and infuse brand architecture, positioning, and identity into new consumer products. Champion the voice of the customer and ensure brand consistency across all touch points. Market Analysis & Insights Collaborate with the research team to conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs. Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform product development, messaging, and marketing planning. Product Positioning & Messaging Partner with Product Managers to define product value propositions and translate technical features into compelling consumer benefits. Develop messaging frameworks and creative briefs to support the development of integrated marketing assets. Ensure messaging consistency across digital, retail, packaging, and experiential channels. Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Create sales enablement tools including product one-pagers, training decks, and competitive battlecards. Support product launches with coordinated go-to-market plans and internal communications. Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on feedback and analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead cross-functional team alignment, including with Product, Creative, PR, Digital, and Sales to align on brand strategy and execution. Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams to localize brand efforts and ensure global consistency. Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 10+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or consumer marketing. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and launching consumer products. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. Deep understanding of consumer behavior and brand development. Experience with market research tools and performance analytics. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience working in a global organization. Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail environments. Passion for technology and innovation.
