Possess excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
Possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Possess the ability to publish materials in page-based, electronic (basic and interactive), and structured (HTML, XML, and SGML) formats and has experience writing to military specifications and standards.
Collaborate with task leads, writers, engineers, and instructors, to develop and deliver sensor/system technical publications to varying levels of detail.
Conduct quality review of technical publications.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM discipline or related field or minimum of 7 years’ experience in military operations and maintenance with radar, communications, electro-optics, networks and information technology-based sensors/systems
U.S. citizenship is required.
Possess and maintain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
Able and willing to perform physically demanding tasks in various environmental conditions
Able and willing to travel to domestic and international sites to support program tasks when/if required
Preferred Qualifications
Greater than 10 years’ engineering writing experience
Willing to obtain higher-level clearance, if required
Multi-disciplined – is also an experienced/certified military instructor
