Fundraising & Business Development

A clear written SOP manual and a visual flowchart that map the fundraising team's end-to-end process. The volunteer will work with staff to capture the current workflow, produce a polished SOP document and a flowchart file, and identify areas needing clarification. Specifics will be defined with volunteers during interviews. A standardized SOP and visual workflow will improve fundraising consistency, donor stewardship, and team coordination, helping MedGlobal more reliably secure resources that support deployment of healthcare volunteers, training, medical supplies, and care for refugees and other vulnerable populations. Details will be provided. We will collaborate with the volunteer through scheduled meetings so they can interview fundraising staff and review existing materials. A designated staff contact will coordinate feedback and review drafts to ensure the SOP is accurate and ready for implementation. MedGlobal is a non-profit, charitable (501c3) organization registered in the United States that provides free, sustainable healthcare services to refugees, the displaced, and most vulnerable in crisis areas and low resourced countries worldwide. MedGlobal deploys healthcare volunteers, supports local partners and medical providers with training, funding, technology as well as donate medical equipment, medications and supplies. These services provide life‑saving and life‑sustaining care, based on needs‑assessment and best practices, to the most vulnerable around the globe.
