The impact you will have in this role: As a Sales Manager Medical Devices, you occupy a key role in the development of the hospital division in the Wallonia, Luxembourg, and Brussels markets (French-speaking clientele). Your mission is to transform your knowledge of market trends into concrete solutions to improve the performance of healthcare specialists. You join the Benelux sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager Hospital Markets. Here, you will have an impact: You manage and coach a team of 2 Account Managers, responsible, among other things, for prospecting new clients. You drive the commercial strategy by assuming direct responsibility for relationships with major accounts and hospital purchasing groups. You manage the contractual cycle by supervising tenders, specifications, price negotiations, and proactive renewal of contracts. You develop your professional network by building lasting trust relationships with current contacts, purchasing centers, and DMU in hospitals. You analyze the market to identify emerging trends and translate them into growth opportunities for the division. Your skills and expertise: To allow you to succeed in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates with the following qualifications: You possess a Bachelor's degree or higher. You have confirmed expertise of minimum 7 to 10 years in negotiation with Walloon hospital purchasing services, in management and valuation of key accounts within the medical sector, and in coaching high-performing sales teams. You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of Dutch and English for internal communication and training. You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and sharp analytical skills. You ideally have experience in medical devices and are proficient in basic database management tools. You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel in Belgium and Luxembourg (up to 60% of the time).
