As a Service Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage the end‑to‑end service process, ensuring every interaction is seamless, transparent, and reflective of Porsche’s "Principal of Performance." Key Responsibilities: Consultative Excellence:
Act as a subject‑matter expert, guiding clients through maintenance requirements, repairs, and performance enhancements.
Relationship Management:
Build long‑term trust with a sophisticated clientele in the Lake Norman and Charlotte markets.
Workflow Coordination:
Collaborate closely with our factory‑trained technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
Active Communication:
Provide proactive updates via the client\'s preferred channels (text, email, or phone).
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough walk‑around inspections and ensure every vehicle is returned in pristine condition.
What We’re Looking For
We value professionals who are meticulous, articulate, and driven by excellence. Experience:
Porsche experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a "best‑in‑class" candidate from another luxury brand.
Tech‑Savvy:
Proficiency with CDKand digital multi‑point inspection tools.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
