Asset Manager

is responsible for enhancing the long-term value of Industrial real estate properties through strategies aimed at long-term value creation, revenue growth, operating expense control, and strategic leasing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day performance of a large-scale industrial portfolio. Asset Management Continuously monitor financial performance and develop strategic recommendations to maximize the financial return of each asset. Analyze and summarize all property budgets during the budget process, with an emphasis on multi-year NOI variances. Review and finalize property capital budgets annually, including building and tenant improvements. Monitor CAM recoveries and operating expense controls. Leasing Provide direction and decision-making for all new and renewal lease deals. Partner with brokers to drive deal flow, market positioning and pricing strategy. Negotiate lease terms and prepare deal summaries for senior management approval. Actively manage vacancy exposure and execute strategies to maximize occupancy. Property Management Provide insight and leadership in the development of property operating budgets. Oversee day-to-day property operations across multiple industrial assets. Manage tenant relationships, ensuring responsiveness and long-term retention. Coordinate with third-party property management teams and vendors. Monitor service contracts, maintenance programs, and property conditions.

Education And Experience 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on commercial assets. Demonstrated experience with leasing, renewals, and lease negotiations. Proven ability to manage brokers, tenants, and vendors effectively. Bachelors degree in real estate, business, finance, or equivalent.
