Job Title Marketing Intern Location Mooresville, IN Job Type Part‑time Position Summary Overton Industries is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support the creation of training videos, employee engagement materials, and recruitment content that strengthen communication and brand presence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and produce shop‑floor training videos, including onboarding modules and human resources process walkthroughs. Create “Day in the Life” video content to highlight employee roles and workplace culture. Design employee engagement materials such as holiday flyers, internal communications, and event graphics. Support recruitment efforts by creating career fair content, apprenticeship materials, and internship program visuals. Collaborate with marketing partners to execute multimedia initiatives. Maintain and update forms, training assets, and other internal documentation as needed. Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and supports organizational communication goals. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools – such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator – to edit video, design graphics, and produce high‑quality visual content. Qualifications Education: Current high school student with demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in marketing or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including content creation, branding, and audience engagement. Foundational experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
