Automotive Sales Consultant (Salary + Bonuses)

Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiring Sales Consultants for North Country CJDR/FORD. This is a non-commission, salary-based position with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

$36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly)

Monthly performance bonuses based on vehicles sold

32+ unit accelerator bonus

Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,500 / $1,000)

Golden Eagle profit bonuses on high-profit deals

Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold)

Responsibilities

Sell and deliver FORD/CJDR vehicles while providing an excellent customer experience

Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely

Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR OEM product courses

Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset

Meet dealership and OEM CSI standards

Performance Expectations

Consistent vehicle sales production

Maintain a rolling average of 10 vehicles per month

Meet or exceed OEM CSI standards to qualify for bonuses

Qualifications

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR OEM training

Valid driver's license required
