We're a fee-only, fiduciary RIA backed by Fiduciary Alliance — a $1.5 billion regional platform built on one principle: clients' best interests, always. We're growing, and we need a sharp, organized, people-first professional to help us deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting our marketing and event efforts.
What this role actually is:
This is a true 50/50 position. Half your time is client-facing — building relationships, coordinating client activity, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards. The other half is marketing and events — planning client appreciation events, managing social media, creating content, and supporting campaigns. What you'll do — client service side:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Coordinate client visits, prepare meeting materials, and manage client paperwork with precision
Facilitate communication between clients, advisors, and custodians
Identify and resolve client issues promptly, always with a solutions-first mindset
Collaborate with advisors to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
What you'll do — marketing side:
Plan and execute client appreciation events, seminars, and webinars end-to-end
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content that reflects our brand
Support email marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness
Help maintain our website and assist with developing marketing initiatives
Track and report on marketing performance metrics
What we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in client service, with some exposure to marketing or events
A natural with people — warm, responsive, and genuinely client-focused
Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and social media platforms
Adaptable and reliable — you handle shifting priorities without losing your cool
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement

What we offer:
$65,000 base salary with total compensation package of ~$80,000
