and the job listing Expires on April 4, 2026 Role Overview We are seeking a motivated PR & Marketing Intern to support and expand our clinic’s outreach over a 3 to 4-month internship period. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in healthcare marketing, practice promotion, and building relationships with local eye care professionals. Some medical knowledge is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage marketing and advertising initiatives tailored to a specialized medical practice. Plan, coordinate, and execute an open house event for area optometrists and ophthalmologists to strengthen referral partnerships and grow awareness of our services. Create engaging content for the retina clinic — including social media visuals/captions, blog posts, email campaigns, and print materials. Work independently, showing initiative and creativity in developing marketing strategies that align with clinic goals and patient engagement. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure messaging reflects our patient-centered philosophy. What We’re Looking For A self-starter who can think creatively and work autonomously. Strong communication, writing, and content creation skills. Interest in healthcare, ophthalmology, or medical service marketing preferred. Ability to attend occasional in-person activities — this is a hybrid role and may require driving to Orlando for select events.
