Role: Product Designer (Ad-tech or Media domain) - Only W2 Hudson Yards, NY - Hybrid Onsite Must Have Skills / Requirements 1) Ability to influence product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research. a. 7+ years of experience; Experience building trust and managing complex environments. 2) AdTech & Media Knowledge a. 7+ years of experience; Familiarity with advertising workflows including campaign management, planning, forecasting, yield optimization, trafficking, and reporting across linear and digital environments. 3) Data-Informed Design a. 7+ years of experience; Ability to leverage usage metrics, qualitative research, and structured feedback loops to iterate and improve usability and adoption. 4) Design Systems & Modernization a. 7+ years of experience; Experience contributing to or building design systems that support scalable, cloud-native modernization efforts.
