
Customer Marketing Specialist

Expert Radiology is hiring its first dedicated Customer Marketing Specialist to own and grow our volume program — a strategic initiative focused entirely on deepening relationships with existing clients. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and operations. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to keep clients educated, engaged, and expanding their use of our services.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who’s personable, hungry, and ready to build something from the ground up. You’ll be the face of our client engagement efforts — the person who makes sure our existing customers feel seen, supported, and excited about what we’re doing.
What You’ll Own
Volume Program Marketing — Drive the marketing side of our volume program, creating campaigns and touchpoints that keep existing clients engaged and growing their usage of Expert Radiology services
Webinars & Events — Plan and execute monthly educational sessions for current clients, covering product updates, use cases, and radiology best practices. Coordinate both virtual and in-person client events
Customer Newsletters — Write and manage a regular email newsletter keeping clients informed and connected to Expert Radiology
Marketing Automation (HubSpot) — Build and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, re‑engagement, upsell sequences, and milestone touchpoints. HubSpot experience is strongly preferred
Gifting & Appreciation Programs — Coordinate thoughtful client gifting campaigns and recognition programs that reinforce loyalty
Sales Enablement Collaboration — Partner with Account Executives to align marketing touchpoints with the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle
Performance Reporting — Track engagement metrics across all programs and report on what’s moving the needle
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or a related field
Personable and energetic — you’re the kind of person clients genuinely enjoy hearing from
Excellent communicator — both written and on‑camera for webinars
Comfortable building things independently — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Familiarity with HubSpot, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools
Creative and detail‑oriented; you can run a gifting campaign and write a drip sequence in the same week
Completely fluent in English, preferably C1.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Bonus: Healthcare, MedLegal, or B2B services experience
