Overview
The Marketing Specialist supports multi-channel campaigns, digital content creation, and brand storytelling across residential, mobility, logistics, and workplace solutions. Social media, marketing collateral, communications, and event support are managed to ensure a consistent brand presence. Performance metrics are tracked and analyzed to optimize results. Cross-functional collaboration is leveraged to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive strategic growth.
How You’ll Contribute
As a Marketing Specialist at Hilldrup, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and in-person channels. You’ll support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our residential moving and storage, employee mobility, logistics, and workplace solutions services to customers locally, nationally, and globally. Through compelling storytelling and thoughtful content creation, you’ll help elevate brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
Lead day-to-day social media and digital content efforts—creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content that highlights our services, culture, and customer experience.
Develop a variety of marketing materials, including sales presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional collateral, ensuring a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint.
Monitor performance metrics, track engagement and KPIs, and use insights, trends, and emerging tools to continuously optimize and innovate our marketing efforts.
Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, community events, and internal initiatives, coordinating logistics and communications to ensure seamless execution and a strong brand presence.
Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and integrated marketing initiatives to maintain alignment across channels and audiences.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and other teams to understand business priorities and deliver strategic marketing support that drives results.
Qualifications, Skills, And Functional Job Requirements
Education/Work Experience/Certificates
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
One to three years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate communications
Experience working within a service‑driven or operations‑based organization
Familiarity with internal and external communications and email marketing platforms and an understanding of corporate communications and brand storytelling
Proficiency with social media channels and digital content tools
Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics
Experience with Google and Meta Ads Manager or other paid social platforms (nice to have)
Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging and impactful content
Microsoft Office – Intermediate level

Functional Job Requirements
Must be able to operate a computer for an extended period of time.
Hybrid role with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Stafford, VA office. Mondays and Fridays are for work-from-home days.
Occasional travel to local events or other sites may be required (less than 10%).
