Social Media & Digital Engagement Coordinator
The Social Media & Digital Engagement Coordinator leads the digital voice and online reputation of Leisure Hotels & Resorts properties. This role is responsible for content strategy, platform growth, engagement, influencer collaboration, and reputation management across all properties and outlets.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Own and manage the master social content calendar across properties.
Identify growth opportunities (new platforms, trends, partnerships).
Build and execute influencer and creator partnerships.
Align content with revenue‑driving initiatives (rooms, golf, weddings, F&B, events).
Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly ROI reporting.
Content Creation & Publishing
Create and publish engaging captions, reels, short‑form video, and static content.
Manage Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and other publishing platforms.
Promote dining specials, seasonal events, tournaments, and activations.
Share and amplify user‑generated content (hashtags, mentions, check‑ins).
Ensure content reflects brand voice, storytelling standards, and resort positioning.
Reputation & Profile Management
Monitor and respond to reviews on Google Business, TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, and OTA platforms.
Flag negative reviews to GMs and leadership.
Create branded social graphics from positive reviews.
Update and optimize property listings with photos, menus, and descriptions.
Maintain accurate Google Business profiles and SEO‑driven descriptions.
Campaign Integration
Support resort‑wide campaigns with coordinated social rollouts.
Collaborate with graphic design to ensure visual consistency.
Coordinate giveaways, contests, and community engagement campaigns.
Support event marketing, local partnerships, and sponsorship promotion.
Cross‑Property Coordination
Centralize content submissions from individual properties.
Maintain documentation of voice/tone guidelines.
Train property‑level teams on capturing usable social content.
Ensure consistent messaging across all resort locations.
Growth & Innovation
Identify missed digital revenue opportunities.
Explore social amplification strategies.
Track hospitality and F&B trends.
Recommend new digital tools and automation systems.
