EvoForm is an Ann Arbor-based company building affordable modular cleanrooms for customers across the Midwest. Our work focuses on ISO-compliant cleanroom design, HVAC and air filtration, turnkey installation, and non‑toxic, VOC‑free materials. Our cleanrooms support a range of applications, including pharmaceutical compounding, healthcare environments, medical device work, light manufacturing, and other controlled‑space needs. We are looking for a Marketing & Factory Liaison Intern to support EvoForm’s sales, marketing, and factory coordination efforts. This is a hybrid / mostly remote role with a 1‑hour weekly recap meeting near the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor . Chelsea is our current base, and a physical Ann Arbor office may come later. Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Build lead lists, collect contacts, and support outreach through email, phone, and meeting scheduling. Support local customer visits and in‑person business development activities when needed. Communicate with OEM partners and factories regarding specifications, collateral, lead times, and pricing. Drive follow‑up communication to help move opportunities toward signed orders. Create and update brochures, sales materials, and training collateral. Support bilingual English/Chinese materials when useful, but Chinese is not required for all tasks. Continuously improve website pages and messaging based on EvoForm’s standardized solutions and real customer needs. Conduct market research and identify potential leads in healthcare, industrial, and cleanroom‑related sectors. Assist with follow‑up communication, lead tracking, and sales coordination. Help the team better understand customer needs and market demand. Goal Help EvoForm generate qualified leads, produce professional sales and marketing collateral, and support customer and factory communication that moves opportunities toward signed orders with minimal resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
