Business Bricks is our B2B arm, partnering with companies to create custom brick experiences, branded builds, and corporate gifting solutions. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own paid advertising across both brands — driving direct-to-consumer growth for Brick Loot and generating qualified B2B leads for Business Bricks. Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising & Campaign Management Plan, build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as relevant Run D2C campaigns for Brick Loot focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Run B2B campaigns for Business Bricks focused on lead generation, pipeline development, and brand awareness among business buyers Manage and optimize campaigns continuously, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and budget allocation Ensure budgets are being spent efficiently and performance goals are being met across both brands Reporting & Analytics Own weekly performance reporting across all paid channels, presenting key metrics and KPIs to leadership in a clear, actionable format Analyze campaign data week over week to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Track and report on metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide ongoing visibility into paid media performance Translate data into insights and recommendations that inform strategy Develop and refine paid media strategies tailored to the distinct goals of a D2C brand and a B2B brand Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to ensure paid efforts are aligned with broader campaigns and initiatives Email Marketing Support Assist with email marketing campaigns as needed, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting Support list management and basic automation workflows in coordination with the broader marketing team Qualifications Required 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns, with demonstrated results Proven experience running both B2B and D2C paid campaigns (B2B experience is especially important) Deep proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make optimization decisions Experience building and presenting weekly performance reports and KPI dashboards Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and pixel/tag implementation Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Preferred (Not Required) Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging paid platforms Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Experience using Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar analytics tools Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles Experience marketing in e‑commerce, consumer products, or the B2B gifting/branded merchandise space #J-18808-Ljbffr
