
Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing for our fiber optic interconnect / cable manufacturing business. You’ll translate technical products and specifications into compelling customer value, build demand, and partner closely with sales and engineering across telecom, data centers, utilities, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
Responsibilities
Build and execute marketing strategy aligned to growth goals, product roadmap, and sales priorities
Partner with product, sales, and engineering to plan go‑to‑market for new products, line extensions, and expansions
Product & technical marketing
Translate complex specs (performance, compliance, applications, standards) into customer‑focused messaging
Create product datasheets, application guides, case studies, and technical sales tools
Demand generation & campaigns
Plan integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support longer B2B sales cycles
Drive digital marketing: website, email, SEO, media/industry advertising; create content for web/blog/social/email
Support trade shows, industry events, and customer visits with strong pre/post programs
Sales enablement, brand & performance
Equip sales/channel partners with messaging, presentations, and consultative selling tools
Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels; oversee external communications (web, brochures, press releases, social)
Define and track KPIs (lead volume, conversions, ROI, pipeline contribution) and optimize performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years i n B2B marketing (manufacturing/industrial/technical products strongly preferred, fiber optics a plus)
Strong digital foundation: SEO/SEM, email, social, analytics; CRM/marketing automation experience a plus
Excellent communication + project management skills; able to collaborate cross‑functionally
