
Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Nichols Cauley is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and sales organization. In this role, you’ll manage our Zoho CRM, develop sales enablement content, build marketing and sales processes, and partner closely with leadership to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & RevOps
Lead administrator for Zoho CRM
Maintain data integrity, workflows, fields, and automation
Build dashboards and reports for sales pipeline visibility
Support segmentation, lead management, and marketing campaign targeting
Partner with stakeholders to improve RevOps processes
Sales Enablement & Collateral
Develop sales collateral: pitch decks, one pagers, case studies
Ensure content aligns with brand standards and messaging
Maintain a centralized library of sales materials
Support solution positioning and value narrative development
Proposal & RFP Support
Prepare proposal templates and pursuit materials
Assist teams with high value RFP and proposal responses
Ensure consistency and accuracy across proposal content
Training & Internal Resource Development
Create internal sales playbooks and training tools
Support onboarding and adoption of new processes and tools
Develop materials to help teams sell evolving service offerings
Cross Functional Team Support
Act as the main point of contact for sales related requests
Provide timely, high quality support to business development teams
Collaborate with leaders across marketing, operations, and service lines
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–5 years of B2B marketing, sales operations, RevOps, and/or CRM experience
Hands on experience administering a CRM (Zoho preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast moving, evolving environment
Technical Skills
CRM management (Zoho preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot a plus)
Data segmentation & workflow automation
Reporting & analytics
PowerPoint and presentation development
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized and detail oriented

Location: Hybrid (Georgia preferred; candidates based on the East Coast will also be considered). This role offers flexible hybrid work options for candidates located in Georgia or elsewhere on the U.S. East Coast. Occasional in person collaboration may be requested for key meetings or team events.
