Role Description The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will manage client insurance accounts, ensure timely and effective client communication, facilitate policy renewals, and address any service requests. The role involves providing tailored insurance solutions requiring an excellent commercial lines Insurance understanding to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. This is a full-time position based in Newton, NJ, with flexibility for some hybrid work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications Proven skills in Commercial Account Management, Customer Service and great organization skills 5+ years Experience in Commercial Insurance, with knowledge of Insurance Coverages, policy forms, endorsements, and renewals processes. HawkSoft Systems experience a Plus. Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships Proficiency of Insurance coverage to identify potential business protection gaps Proficient using insurance software; Excel, Insurance Company Rating systems, & relevant digital tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the initial months of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
