Responsibilities of the Marketing & Business Development Manager
• Lead responses to RFPs, pitches, and client presentations
• Develop and implement business development plans
• Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements
• Oversee brand development and promotional initiatives
• Manage directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500
• Supervise members of the marketing and business development team
Qualifications for the Marketing & Business Development Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 7+ years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm, mandatory
• Proven ability to help attorneys grow their practices and expand client relationships
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and websites is a plus
• Occasional travel to firm offices and events
